Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customersto develop enriching relationships that improve client happinessand fuel the sales process.
- Establish trust among customers tocreate a strong network of clientele and prospects.
- Providetraining and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
-Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. -Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for thesales team's performance.
- Engage and motivate the team to achievekey goals, performance expectations, and standard methodologyprocesses.
- Drive business through a high level of involvement inday-to-day operations.
- Lead the negotiation process ensuring thatcustomers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
-Partner with the General Manager to plan and run vehicle inventory.
- Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the
New andUsed Vehicle Departments.
- Analyze business metrics to resolveshortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
Qualifications:
- Experienced and proven GSM that is ambitious andlooking to grow to a
General Manager position.
- Successful trackrecord in auto retail sales.
- Demonstrated leadership ability tomentor and train others.
- Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
- Passionate about training sales team members andoperating within a reciprocal environment.
- Enthusiasticpersonality with a high-energy attitude.
- Ability to boost moraleduring the sales workday and improve profitability.
- Strongorganization and follow-up skills.
- Experience and desire to workwith technology.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Cleandriving record and valid driver’s license.
