What You Will Do: - Create and maintain robustproduct roadmaps and backlogs to create features/epics and userstories. Work with development teams to size and estimate. - Attenddaily scrums to resolve any product roadblocks, answer questionsabout stories, and validate "done" stories. - Regularly reportstatus to stakeholders via product demos as well asrisks/opportunities. - Support the sales process and build businesscases to ensure product investment. - Help with analysis and marketresearch when needed to define a product and help the clients. -Work in multiple phases and multiple projects across a singularclient. - Manage the continuous improvement of the product. -Contribute to establishing and managing the Product Managementprocess. - Recognize business opportunities and resolve themthrough technical expertise. - Be the mediator for the requirementsof internal and external clients. - Manage control and monitoringtools. - Manage risks and problems. - Ensure the quality of theproducts. Here’s what we are looking for: - Solid experience insimilar roles. - 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner. - 2+ years of experience in business analysis: capturing functionalrequirements, understanding user pain points. - Additionalexperience either as a Project Manager or Software Developer. -Experience in product development, from design to testing. -Experience with both learning existing products, or building themfrom scratch. - Results-oriented with negotiation skills and goodcommunication. - Advanced English level.
