Position Title: Senior Salesforce EngineerLocation: Remote - Colombia What you will be doing: We are lookingfor an experienced Salesforce Engineer with a passion formaximizing the value and effectiveness of our Salesforce Productteams by bringing modern, innovative solutions to our business. TheEngineer is a trusted technologist who is a critical contributor tothe team and provides a special focus on the user experience anddesign aspects, utilizing the LWC framework. In this role, you willhelp us achieve ambitious product development goals deliveringincredible user experiences to our customers. This role requiresworking with our Salesforce Product teams and leadership to defineand drive solutions for Slalom’s Sales, Recruiting, and EngagementManagement business leaders. Your responsibilities include: 1. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutionsthat best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. 2. Designand document technical solutions that are aligned with the businessobjectives. 3. Development of custom solutions and integrations. 4. Demonstrate technical thought leadership. 5. Advanced experiencewith LWC framework and design components. 6. Experience withadvanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns,limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling,asynchronous operations, and effective unit testing. 7. Becomfortable with modern software development lifecycle bestpractices including iterative and incremental development,delivering working software frequently with attention to technicalexcellence. 8. Contribute to the knowledge growth of the teamthrough documenting and sharing best practices. 9. Conduct codereviews to ensure high code quality and design patterns arefollowed. 10. Follow and understand new Salesforce products andtechnical capabilities resulting from product releases andacquisitions. Requirements & Qualifications: To excel in thisrole, you should possess: 1. Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platformexperience. 2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability towork in a rapidly changing work environment. 3. Proven ability todesign and optimize business processes and to integrate businessprocesses across disparate systems. 4. Extensive Front-enddevelopment experience with Lightning Design System. 5. Javascript,HTML design, JQuery, Vue/Angular experience a plus. 6. VisualForce,Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience. 7. Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite includingSalesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities,and AppExchange solutions. 8. Web Services development orexperience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.) is aplus. 9. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design,database design, and software development lifecycle. 10. Excellentclient-facing written, presentation, and verbal communicationskills. 11.
